The apartment had a fantastic layout with two spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the quiet atmosphere inside, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The location in downtown LA was super convenient for accessing nearby attractions. However, the parking situation was frustrating. It's hard to find metered spots, and off-site parking lots didn't allow overnight stays. Noise from the street was noticeable, particularly at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The check-in process required a lot of back and forth with management, making it stressful. It felt intrusive having to provide so much personal information just to gain access to the apartment. Overall, while the space itself was lovely, the parking and check-in procedures left much to be desired.

The private rooftop was a surprising bonus, and the two thermostats allowed us to set the temperatures differently for the upstairs and downstairs. It fit our group of six perfectly, and the big bathrooms with under sink drawers were super helpful.
The wifi was slow unless near the modem.

The penthouse apartment was awesome! Loved the private rooftop and two thermostats to keep things comfy. Big bathrooms were a huge plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, from microwave to dishwasher. Super cozy with towels and toiletries provided. Perfect for our group of six with space to spare. Just what we hoped for!
